That is exactly what I found and why I stepped up and purchased mine right away. Along with being less there was the additional $2000 rebate right now. Since I get the a-plan pricing it was a no brainier.

In six days I put 1000 miles on it.

Hey Tocs, I picked up mine with X plan which was just over invoice. How much savings did you pick up with A plan? I saved a total of $3000 bucks with dealer rebates and X plan.

Got mine for about $3300 off with the A plan and rebates. Not that big of a difference on our cars. My fathers Lincolns on the other hand there are some huge savings.

Last Saturday, my wife and I traded in our Fusion on a new 2012 Focus. Our dealer only had three 2012 models in stock, but one of them was perfect for us.
5 door, Silver/Black, DCT (wife can't drive a stick), 203A package, SE Sport package, and 16" painted pocket wheels.
My wife and I fell in love with that color/wheel combo.

Prior to purchasing the 2012, I had not really looked at any 2013 models so I was kinda' shocked when I looked at a 2013 Focus window sticker. The 2013 parked next to the 2012 we bought was $400 cheaper, but it was not nearly as well equipped as ours. I'm damn glad we bought a 2012!

Build date on our Focus was 4-20-12.

Sounds like a great time for her to learn to drive a stick lol. Any pix of the new "baby"?

The SE Sport package is gone for 2013 and is now replaced with the "SE Appearance Package" which basically makes it into a loaded SEL (which is also gone). All SE's for 2013 look to be rear drum brake cars. If one chooses the $2,500 package and then add a moonroof and winter package you are close to the base price of a 2013 Titanium.

The 2013 Titanium is now loaded standard with remote start even. The price has also dropped but from what I can tell the one touch up/down windows are gone.

What this all means is that the 2012 SE Sport is now the all-time best value 3rd Gen Focus 'ever.' It cannot be duplicated for 2013 now and likely will not come back.

The best value for a DCT equipped car was the SEL 300a with or without the winter package, the SE 203A DCT sport cost within $150 but wasn't as well equipped.

However you can get disk brakes on the SE in 2013 but either with the SE SFE package same as in '12 with the steel wheels and aero covers, or on the SE appearance package for close to 3k more.

What I Drive: 2012 Ox White SE Sports Pack Hatch

Bought my 2012 Ox white SE sports pack hatch, manual, with 203a, about a month ago now. When I was looking, the dealer was only able to find one 12' left in all of California which met all of the above. It was all the way in southern California. I told them I'd take it, and they drove it up. Turns out I got one of the last (if not THE LAST) Ox white, SE, five speed, hatch, with the sports pack and 203a in all of California. I LOVE MY CAR!
Eibach sportlines/tint/plastidip
No complaints!!

awesome! I couldn't love my car more. SE Sport. Red Candy. Charcoal Cloth Interior. All things that make the car rare! The cons to that being getting matching color exterior/interior parts in the future.
