You have a check engine light then? What fault codes are set?

Also a possibility. The Coil Pack. I hear that they are crap. I was having issues at idle and when pulling it out of gear. The coil pack died on me(right after a timing belt change, freaked me out). I put a new one in from NAPA and it ran better than new.
