Winded has no lubricity. You're almost guaranteed to mar the paint if there is any quantity of dust or dirt on that paint.

Yikes. Still scares me.

Maybe mix up a batch of Optimum No Rinse car wash to quick detail strength. That at least encapsulates dirt and debris instead of just dragging it around.
