I need some help guys. Me and my buddy just got done replacing the timing belt on my car, and now its idling just a bit off. In previous experience on all the other motors we have worked on, if the timing was off by 1 tooth it ran way way worse. So we didnt think that was it. Is there anything you all can think of? Im going back over tomorrow niight to see what my friends dad says about it. Thanks for any tips guys!

My friends dad listened to it for a few seconds and said that hes pretty sure the exhaust cam is one tooth off. Im still driving the car that way. Getting probly 15 mpg. lol Not sure when it will be fixed....everyones days are booked for the next week or so.

lol yep. I actually hadnt checked it since I first took the roofrack off months ago. On that trip to Indiana I got 37, and that was with sitting in a traffic jam for an hour. If I had 16s and less weight, I could easily hit 40. lol But I try not to care anymore.

I got the email for ROTM. I need to take a picture of the interior, then I will be all set. This will be my 3rd attempt at ROTM. lol To celebrate my car decide to burn out a headlight bulb...I remember touching the one bulb with my hand when I put the SVT headlights in. I know thats a no no because the oil from my hand makes the bulb burn out faster....Oh well. Ill get some bulbs sometime soon.

btw, how do you get such good mileage?... i'm averaging 31 city/hwy.
