To fix it right it would be plastic welded and renforced from the back side using stainless steel screen. I normally buy two or three sportbikes thoughout the year that have fixable plastic damage and fix them and paint them and resell them for a decent profit. but the only repairs that would be needed is the small crack and the holes for the front plate. I have plenty of pics of repairs i have done and people that own the bikes that i have repaired, not once have i ever had a repair recrack, hell the lower fairing on my current rider was busted in half down the middle, and it has seen speeds that i do not wish to talk about lol.
