just to be careful to make sure all lines are straight. if you look at the lense, it pretty much has lines there to follow. use a razor to trim the tape (carefully)

This is awesome - Great job at tackling this mod; definitely something I'd be willing to attempt!! Quick question; do you have an pictures of the solenoid wiring into the harness? Just curious to see which pins/wire color you used?
