I was surprised about how fast the logo came to me.. I ordered it July 18. On a wed, and I got it by that Monday or tuesday lol and sent all the way from Germany to north Dakota! That's quicker than it takes USPS to move a letter from coast to coast lol

Hey I'm looking at the directions and it's sorta vague....

3.
You can also connect the black wire from halo and LEDs on the ground wire of driving lights .. White wire goes to positive wire of driving light...

Well here's my scenario.

I have a euro grill, so my us grill is going bye bye... I got a new socket that's 1157 and fits the housing instead of the 1156 housing. I have the projector style led switchback amber/white xenon bulbs...
Now the socket had two black wires on it for major minor..l but no ground, so I soldered a grounding wire to the metal base / side of the socket...

Now what I like to do is cut the connector off the grill light wires...

All I know is take the grounding wire on the new socket and wire to the ground wire on the stock harness....but what about the other two wires the socket came with Zero info about which wire is major or Minor....

Now which wires would I tap the + and -s of the halos and LEDs to?

And which wire off the new socket goes to which wires in the stock wire harnes?

Different connectors...

Take a look....sorry for poor quality.. Took on my iPad....

Actually it's very different from the first pics from the op.... No resistor even on the board...

And there's a connector that connects to the board.. But it's hard to get off.. I've been messing with the connector but it won't budge .

Anyone else have a problem with the halos, did everything in the article and got the right side to work beautifully. But my left side halos both went out at the same time, which is odd, tried replacing them as well and nothing. So what I think happened was that little step down transformer broke for some reason. Anyone know how to fix or replace that?

in this case you have a headlamp just like mine. the resistors are in the two black boxes that are "glued" to the back of the headlamp, therefore you don't have to use resistors on the boards.

(Resistors indicated in yellow)
