Back when I had the spa manifold I would use a new gasket every time I put it on and would never install the center bolt. It never leaked with new gaskets

shoot.. i should have put a new gasket on!! thanks for the tip.

I don't actually have the center bolt.. ran out of energy when i found it had to come back off. So your friend was able to get the bolt in while the manifold was in place?? it seems like the bolt is too long and there isn't enough clearance..

Spa manifold sux to take apart. I put everything together got it on a jack jacked it up then slide it into the manifold studs and torqued it

Tom told me the gasket is reusable buuuut with a missing bolt.. it may leak. we'll see.
