Help/Advice needed SPI->Zetec or Sell

FF'ers I am in need of some help. I have an 2003 SPI that has had the valve seats drop and is currently dead in my driveway. I am contemplating doing a zetec swap after some reading on here and seeing some motors on ebay, internet etc. (Before anyone suggests/says anything about internet motors vs. PnP or salvage yard, I know; However, Stkn PnP doesn't have any, our salvage yards are utter crap when it comes to focuses & I don't have a truck to go carting a car or engine back from god knows where.)

One issue is I don't have the tools, facilities or admittedly, the technical knowledge do this myself nor does anyone I know. I am looking for someone in Norcal/Central Cal who can suggest a shop that might be able to do the engine swap or at the least someone I can contact who could come look at it or point me on the right path.

If this turns out to be a dead end, then look forward to the Stockton Focus fire sale!
