Right now i'm at the Ford Technical Hotline, for almost two years. Been part of the interior/exterior prior approval group. doing warranty stuff. training new hires, developing a training/new hire program, helping find emerging concerns be in regular contact with engineering regarding new repairs.

What am i good at? well...i'm pretty good at a lot of stuff. i've gotten use to the office setting but am ready to make a change.

Schooling is minimal, biggest problem, i am going back to school this fall to try and get started on my computer engineering degree with a minor in electrical something or other.

I do love my job, but the management and micro-management is driving me absolutely insane.
