Its 100% possible to keep the paint perfect with real world driving and several washes a month. Proper care and it will look just like mine. That photo was taken a month ago, and the last time the car was cut/polished was in march.
ANY car off the dealers lot will have swirls and rids. Ive seen Lamborghini's and Ferrari's have defects from the dealer lot.
