I traded in a 2011 Hyundai Sonata SE on my '12 Focus. Love the Focus so much more.
Previously owned a '03 Saab 9-3 Aero, '06 Mustang GT, '03 Audi A4, '07 Mazdaspeed3, and several more. This is my 18th car. I have to admit, this is one of my favorites. Of course, 4 of my top 5 favorites are Ford products.

Traded in my 2010 Ford Flex Limited and got a great deal on this 2012 Ford Focus SE Sport. The Flex was an excellent vehicle with very comfortable seats and lots of good features. The Focus is more fun to drive, more economical, and the seats are still very good for long drives. I would probably miss the Flex if I had the need to haul three or more passengers regularly, but I don't. I look forward every day to getting behind the wheel of the Focus, especially since I upgraded the speakers.

I just sold my 2001 BMW 740i Sport (E38).
It had everything I wanted in a car: 4.4L V8 with 285 HP and 325 lb-ft with rear wheel drive. It offered plenty of space and so many convenience items it is hard to list them all.
Unfortunately, since I am planning on having a family, I needed to look at a vehicle with more reliability and fuel savings. The Focus answered those questions.

It is without a doubt a steep step down from the flagship bimmer, however, it is still pleasant enough to drive.

They were describing a BMW 3 series, namely the E46 chassis version.

I came from a junker 05 sable, big trade up. I also have a 2000 mustang gt that's a project car but it isn't currently running. I may sell the focus when I get it going depending on how well it handles dd duty and how much I won't hate driving whatever the future wife buys in a few weeks, I'm praying she goes with the mazda 3 I've been pushing for. Then losing the focus wouldn't bother me much. I may trade it in on an edge though, I'm pretty indecisive.
