Damaged Tumble flaps make clacking noises?

Thats awesome. Do they have any svt's? Looking for rear brake caliper bracket= the bracket that bolts the caliper to the spindle? 1 part fit either side= no left or right.

Does anyone have any pics of how to "tie" the flaps open? I have over 200k miles and im very nervous that one of these things will break off and ingest into the engine.

The imrc aka tumble flaps actuvator is below your throttle body. I found it easier to pull the tb off & undue the 3 screws holding the actuvator on & undue the linkage & then tie wrap the flaps open= up.

Ok, Thanks. Another question..... What is the purpose of said flaps? If I tie them open, what should i expect? Lower MPG's, low end torque gone......?

I'm wanting to say start up emmisions.Funny thing is the 23 escapes don't have them.
