Thanx...
Don't mean to hijack the thread in another direction but considering this thread is for Saleen owners. Has anyone spaced the stock rims out to the edge of the flairs? If so, any issues with rubbing when you did it. I love the Saleen but don't like how the tires sit so far inside the flairs.

I didnt space the stock rims, i spaced my new rims i got though. In order to get the wheels to look flush you need a 20 mm spacer on each wheel, i got the H&R kit that comes with extended lugs. There will be rubbing, maybe not on the stock rims as mine are 8 inch wide rims not 7.5 inch.

Maybe by going with 15mm per wheel instead of 20 you can get away from scraping but they wont be flush, but im sure way better than stock. You could also cut away plastic from the inner side of the flares and roll your fenders to create clearance.

I went with a 40 offset wheel instead of 45 that the Saleen wheels are. You can see that the spokes stick out a little further than the outside lip also, so that helps fill up that gap too. I only rub on large dips and bumps.

Thanx guys, that's the info I needed.
I'm not familiar with the H&R kit, is it sold by one of our sponsers?
I think I'll go with the 20mm and trim if needed.

It doesn't really have a color. The whole gauge face glows white. You need a special converter to make it work.
