this wouldnt happen to be a zetec motor would it? ive fixed about three timing belts three different cars, and usually mess with it every once in a while actually replacing a timing belt/pullies i a few days.

Your timing is a bit off. You may have to check your cam alignment and see if that is it.

That code is associated with your cam timing being retarded.
