Not in the order guide. If its supposed to be a standard feature it would clearly be stated in the order guide. If they were making the seat heaters standard in both rows they needed to clarify this. The way the Canadian order guide is written states that only the rear seats are heated.

Especially when its not available on the SE except through the SE winter package.

From the Canadian order guide for 2013:

" 2013 Focus Titanium standard equipment:

All "SE" Series Equipment Plus:
• Audio – Sony® 10 speaker Sound System with Subwoofer
• Beltline Molding – Chrome
• Brakes – Rear Disc
• Climate Control – Dual-Zone EATC
• Floor Mats – 2nd Row
• Fog Lamps with Chrome Bezel
• Grille – Piano Black
• Heated Mirrors
• Intelligent Access with Push Button Start
• Lighting
— Ambient Lighting (7 Colours)
— Reading Lights – 1st Row
• Metallic Interior Trim Finish – Door pulls and register
surround
• MyFord Touch® with 8” Screen
• Overhead Console
• Rear Spoiler
• Rear View Camera
• Remote Start with Automatic Transmission
• Reverse Sensing System
• Seats – Heated – 2nd Row – 60/40
• Security – Anti-Theft Perimeter Alarm
• SiriusXM® Satellite Radio
• Steering Wheel – Leather-Wrapped
• Transmission – 6-speed PowerShift Automatic with
SelectShift capability
• Unique Premium Cloth Seats
• Wheels – 17” Alloy w/P215/50R17 H-rated tires
• Windows – Power with Global One-Touch Up/Down"

No mention of heated first row seats, which is odd if you're trying to say that on the Ti in canada they are standard.

Thats for Canada, we don't get those in the U.S. The U.S. gets screwed again even though the cars are all built right here in Michigan. No heated 2nd row seats for us.

This was what the 2013 order guide looked like for the U.S. spec cars.

"ALL "SE APPEARANCE" SERIES EQUIPMENT PLUS:
Audio
— Sony® Branded
— 10 Speakers
Beltline Molding – Chrome
Dual-Zone Electronic Automatic Temperature Control
Floor Mats – 2nd Row
Grille – Piano Black
Heated 1st Row Seats
Heated Mirrors with Puddle Lamps
Intelligent Access with Push Button Start
Metallic Interior Trim Finish – Door pulls and register
surround
Rear View Camera
Remote Start with Automatic Transmission
Reverse Sensing System
SYNC® with MyFord Touch® – Voice-Activated
Communications and Entertainment with 911 assist® &
Vehicle Health Reports. Includes SYNC® Services (Traffic
reports, GPS based turn-by-turn driving directions and
information services). Available on SE, Standard on Titanium
Note: SYNC® Services receive a complimentary three year prepaid
subscription (one phone/primary account)
Transmission – 6-speed PowerShift Automatic with
SelectShift capability
Wheels – 17” Sport Aluminum
Windows – Power with Global 1-Touch Up/Down"

The U.S. Ti forces leather seats as the SE appearance package includes Leather, the Canadians can still order their Tis with cloth seats if desired.

Move to Canada, they get the heated rear seats and can still order a Ti with a cloth interior, even though all Tis have a black interior.

It looks like Chrysler has gone in the opposite dierection with the Dodge Dart. They have made so many options available that you can almost order a dart anyway you want it.

• Seats – Heated – 2nd Row – 60/40

My interpretation is it's 2 separate thoughts.

1. Front seats are heated
2. 2nd row has the 60/40 split

Not combined if that makes sense?

It might be listed on the website, but if its not mentioned in the order guide I have to suspect that either they removed that line since it was in the 12 order guide for Canada, or its a misprint in the website.
