Well, you pretty much just "double-click" the thumb rocker to "slap" through the gears down at least... Read that somewhere else on here and tried it, does work. But not to the extent of what you're looking for!

Exactly! For instance, if I'm approaching a turn I will simply tap down to the gear I want (usually 2nd or 3rd), and power around the conner just like I would in a manual. Granted, I have to keep an eye on my dash to see what gear I'm currently in since it's not really a manual, but I'm getting better and better each day. I'm sure, soon enough, it will just become second nature. Hell, with that said, I find myself driving in either select shift or sport mode almost exclusively for the most part. The only time I really use "D" is on the highway. :-)

just got a tint job, car is a little dirty. Going to remove the focus tag on the front, not feeling it.

I love my Focus so much that I actually get a little bummed when my fiancee has it and I'm home and it's not in my driveway. It's very satisfying seeing it there, hah. :D
