So should I take my Focii to the dealer or a priest?

hahaha, neither - you just need to finish playing the game and everything will go back to normal.

Here's mine doing it last month:

YouTube Video
ERROR: If you can see this, then YouTube is down or you don't have Flash installed.

The look on the service guy's face when I showed him the video was priceless. Of course, it can't be replicated so there isn't much Ford can do about it...

tl;dr: Unlocked the car, began making an extremely loud rumbling noise and shook. Opened the door and realized it was the speakers making the noise even though the radio wasn't on. It wasn't even playing music, it was just a rumbling static sound. Sound stopped by itself after a couple of minutes, after which the car cranked just fine.
I'm positive that has happened to another member, if you have the MFT system.

Ok.. So there has to be a way to debug this.. Is there any similarities between the people's MTF that are having the issues? i.e. maybe having a custom wallpaper? (Don't know why that would matter but maybe a bug) Were you on a bluetooth linked call before shutting off the car? Maybe the mics were stuck on.. Um.
*Knock on wood* I have yet to have this issue.

It happened to me today. It just started as I touched the door handle. I thought it might be some weird alarm. Very loud and very scary. I was thinking the car might be named Christine (Stephan King's novel about a possessed car). I got in and pushed the start button. Car started and everything was fine again. Scary.

Same thing happened to me about a month ago while I was washing the car in the driveway. I think I hit the lock button followed by the unlock button on the key fob to get it to stop. Quite an unnerving experience.
