Torque settings

New here and I did use the search function, but couldn't find answer

I have just put new rings and pistons in my sons 2000 Focus, (Valve seat dropped), new head etc

I am looking for the torque specs on the connecting rod bearing caps.

I have seen 28ftlb's + 90 degrees .......26ftlbs + 90 degrees.........12ftlbs + 60 degrees...and a couple more

Anybody have any idea what they should actually be, I did the 28ftlb + 90 degrees, but it seems overly tight

Thanks in advance

Ooops sorry wrong forum I guess!
