Which exhaust and intake for my focus?

I'm strictly looking to improve mpg on my 2002 2.0 split port.

I just took a 500 mile trip in my 2002 Focus and averaged 33 mpg on all highway. I'm looking to get about 37+ on long highway trips. I drive the car like a baby and have done the following:

New oil change, oil filter, and motor flush
New Spark Plugs and Plug Wires
New aftermarket Air Filter
New Fuel Filter and Injectors Cleaned
New PCV Valve
Mass Air Flow Sensor Cleaned


I'm looking for an exhaust and intake where I can get better mpg, but don't want any engine noise, or anything louder then factory, considering I drive on the highway allot. Please help.

There was a header in the for sale section , when you do intake and exh a tune would help to bring it all together

I am not sure what exh and int is still offered I would ask the guys in the SPI forum

How many miles on this SPI, may not be worth doing exhaust and intake yet.
