Concentration Dilutions

something thats on 2 different bottles of cleaner ive bought in the past 2 weeks. one says dilute 200 to 400 parts water for light cleaning, dilute 15 to 30 parts water for normal cleaning and then dilute 1 to 1 part water for heavy cleaning. that last one is about the only one i get since its printed on the spray bottle i'm gonna pour this stuff into eventually. i was never the mathematically gifted one so could anyone help me "decipher" all of this?

1:300 ratio is about 1/2 an ounce per gallon.
1:20 is about 1.5 ounce per quart
1:1 is pretty self explanatory.
