Someone may have posted this already. But I do have the noise thing going. Started about 800 mile mark.

Thus, even though they acknowledge the issue, they're trying to figure out how to cover it as a warranty repair. Hopefully they can straighten it out with Ford this week!

The service advisor heard the noise within about 15 seconds. We hadn't even pulled out of the parking lot at the dealership! I've also received phone calls from the regional CSM thanks to some initial PM action on here with the Ford reps. So, while it's not yet fixed, I'm definitely satisfied with the attention it's now receiving.
Excellent!

They offered to clean it. I told them they had done enough damage for one day thank you. On top of that the tech couldn't replicate the problem.
One lap around the parking lot with the shop foreman and we both heard the noise.
I like the car but hate the issues and the after service.
Ugh, I hear you. I've started going to a new dealer myself - and so far I'm quite happy with the new guys. The last dealer left grease/dirt all over my headliner and sunroof sunshade after replacing the sunroof glass seal. Grargh!

Mine is in the shop today to address the clunking. They had a bunch of parts ordered from the US.

Will pick it up tonight and can't wait to see if this will finally fix the issue.

Will keep you posted.

Just picked it up and happy to report that noise is gone. I actually took the same route I used this morning to drive out to the dealer and clunking was present.

On my way back, quiet ride! :) YAY!!!

Now, I'm planning a test later this evening with 2 adults on board. Usually that is when the clunking was really loud.

I'll report back.

Good news ricomtl. I think I am going to bring mine in soon. I just need to pick a dealership. Where I bought my car is 1.5 hours away.

I can also share a copy of my work order - however, it's in French :( I'm sure parts #'s are universal.

What was replaced, preferably the english version?

Glad to hear some people are starting to get fixes, even if they are mass parts replacements.

here you go - disregard the lower part of the w/o, that was another issue with the mirror switch. Parts are all listed there.
