Before completely ruling out the Focus try to find a job 2 Focus. You can tell by the flex fuel badge on the back of the car.
These come with 4 way adjustable headrests that might alleviate your problem.

However with regard to the incentives:
You have $250 customer cash and your brochure is valid for $500 on a Fiesta ($750 on other lines).
