This is ED's version of the Whale Tail spoiler that Wings West makes. Pretty much the exact same shape, except this spoiler doesn't have any LEDs in it to make up for the fact that it covers up the 3rd brake light. ED still makes them and sells them for $200. I found them on a few sites for $160.

It's currently light blue (kinda), but there are multiple scratches and basically all the clear coat from the top is gone, so you will definitely need to get this repainted, even if your Focus is blue.
