Got mine back yesterday. 5 things I reported:

1. Taillight alignment:
they say - "not much adjustment available. We adjusted what we could. All other focus on our lot have the same issue so it is normal. "
I see - no improvement. I will check this out myself. If my car is going to be a guinee pig, I will be the surgeon.

2. Rear plastic body panel severely miss aligned. Seems fixed.

3. Front end rattle - can't duplicate.

4. Surging in higher gears during light acceleration. - can't duplicate (I will say this is subtle and intermittent so I'm not surprised. )

5. MFT Glitches - can't duplicate (intermittent so I'm not surprised. )

For the tail lamp, it's easy. Two plastic wing nuts (that can also accept a wide flat-head screwdriver) and you can pull the light away from the body. Disconnect ture harness at the grey plug if you want to get it completely away from the body, if not, that connection is on a small piece of plastic. You can pull thr connection off to give slack in thr harness to flip it over. The stud is near the front and takes a small wrench (10mm? I forget). Loosen it to push the lamp away from the body. Test fit, check for gap, adjust as required.

I had the problem too and just fixed it when I pulled the lamp to test plasti-dip. If you aren't secure with leaving the nut loose, measure the gap you create between the stud and tail lamp and find a washer of similar thickness so that you can install on the stud.

The service writer looked at me and said there's nothing she can do, that there's no adjustment. I told her there was, but she didn't even look at it at that point.

Ask her if they will re-paint it if you can prove that there is an adjustment. I hate people like that.

I don't expect them to know everything about my car, because then they would have to know everything about every model and trim of the last 3-5 years. But they should be able to at least look.
