awesome headlight man :D those will look really sweet and clean up the front end. i've been thinking about painting the housing in mine but then i won't want to keep the eyelids. only problem is, they're probably on for good. i guess i can try it anyways, i just need to find time to do it since i'm sure it will almost be a day long process. (baking, dissecting, painting, dry time.) can't wait to see those on your car man

Thanks! I thought about doing that too. I was going to just pick up the cheapest stock set i found, then mess with them and tak my time. Alot of locals would cut you a deal. Someone local offered me a set for cheap, junkyards have them for cheap as well. I saw these and how cheap they were, and decided to jump on them. lol The spraypainted re-re looking eyebrows I had messed up my headlights. They were always scraped up and pitted, and when I bumped into my moms car it broke the tabs in the drivers side. Soooo these headlights will be a breath of fresh air for sure. lol

yeahh no doubt. i should try looking for a set to mess with. i need ones with crystal clear lenses lol. mine are super hazy and i used a good headlight restorer on them. i'll ask the locals! i don't really like junkards because i feel like they charge alot for their stuff. maybe it's just because $50 is a lot to fork out with a minimum wage job. i will keep an eye out.

As far as I know, all you really need to do is crack open a stock set of headlights and bleach off the chrome. I had my svt lights open a while back and all they are is the unpainted black plastic. I'm removing the chrome from my machs and they look like the exact same black plastic as the normal svt's. Just as a FYI.

But agreed on the new lenses, mine were all chipped up and just ruined the look of the headlights.

how do you bleach them off? i mean whats the process i guess. i might just do this instead of buying a new set. but i can get the headlights and the fog lights with bulbs for 100 bucks on amazon.

Not much to it. Just pop the headlights apart, spray bleach on them, and the chrome will rub right off.
