Playing a particular song off an album, even after it told me the album was corrupt, worked fine.

The problem eventually self-corrected.
Actually, I think that WAS the error she said. It good that some of these things seem to self-correct but I wish there was some way to know what was going on. This is a hard one to report to Ford because the minute you say, "well it's not happening anymore", they are unlikely to care at that point.

I am still really hoping Ford will consider customers for their next beta as it would greatly increase the chances of these issue getting worked on and resolved.

Ok so I've get yet another bug that I'm struggling with. I know it's a long shot, but I figured that I'd submit it to the cloud for some input.

I have a Zune HD 32gb that I've been using on MFT ever since I bought the car in March. It has always worked with varying degrees of success (long index times, sporadic appearance of album art, but it played music which I guess is all I really care about) on both 2.11 and 3.0.2, which is what's on there now. A few days ago, I plugged the thing in and it said "This USB device is not supported, please remove," and I haven't been able to use it with MFT since, although it continues to work fine plugged into my PC. Here are the things I've tried without success:

-Reinstalling the Zune HD's firmware
-Master reset of MFT
-Reboot cab
-Pulling the fuse
-Using a different Zune cable (also confirmed working on my PC)

I'm about to try reinstalling the MFT update, but I don't know if that's even possible and I'm certainly not looking forward to the hour of wasted time and gas. I'm hesitant to call any dealerships because I doubt that they would know what's wrong (I don't think Ford even knows what's wrong with that thing) and I don't want to pay them whatever exorbitant amount of money that they would charge me for plugging a USB stick into my car. I suppose I could always dig up a flash drive or an SD card and use that for music instead, but I'd really like to use my MP3 player for its designated purpose.

Any thoughts?

I think this was the message I saw very briefly in a pop-up error window before the Magic Self-Healing Spontaneous Reboot which cured the I'll-only-play-all-songs-in-alphabetical-order-no-matter-what-command-you-give-me problem I'd been seeing since day one with v3.

So this issue started happening after I picked it from the dealer to check out all the other issues I've been reporting. All voice commands have stopped working and as you can see in the picture, it syncs to my phone...but doesn't. Cant stream music via BT or make any calls.

Also, when a master reset is done, does the background revert to the factory setting?

Yep, you lose any wallpaper you had saved.

They supposedly did a master reset but my wallpaper was intact when I got the car back.

It was hit-or-miss for me when I had V2.11. Sometimes gone, sometimes not. It seems consistently gone for me when I do a Master Reset in V3.0.2.

Also, what about your phone and radio presets? Those were hit-and-miss for me with old version as well but also seem to be consistently gone w/this version.

Phone info was all still there. I've never bothered to set radio presets.
