How did you run the speakers back to the door? Using the stock wire up front? From what I understand getting wires through the door is hard because it uses a harness.

I stopped at the harness and used the stock wiring in the doors -- after trying with one of the rear doors for about an hour with no luck getting new wire snaked through.

Okay awesome! I'll probably cut the wires between the the headunit and doors and just route it through my LOC and amp then when i do my build.

Question about amp turn on

Thanks to everyone on this forum/thread I've installed my system:
Alpine Mrp-1000 amp
2.0 Farad Power Acoustik cap
12" Kicker L7
Now my question is, when I unlock/open a door, the amp will turn on and the sub will start thumping (very quietly though). What would the cause of this be? Thank you oh knowledgeable ones.

Quick Question

I am currently hooking up my 3 10'' inch rockfords and i am looking now where to hook up the line in splitter. I noticed you listed the wiring diagram. I wanna hook the splitter to the back right speakers. So what i am asking is do i hook the splitter to the wires you listed as right rear?

Have you had any radio interference from running your remote wire from the antenna wire? I seem to be getting weaker reception after doing so.
