I did this at 70,000 miles. Currently have 108,000. Never bothered with an alignment because I kept reading how many people were still in spec. No problems, but I probably will get it checked at some point. I would also recommend getting the rear sway kit for those who don't have it.

I just need the struts I dont know how long after I lowered her that I blew the shocks and struts out.

No that is not the kit we need for our cars. The kit you listed is the actual SVT suspension, ie .5" drop and the struts are for the early <05 cars (45mm spindles)

The FRPP kit we use is made up of two kits. These shocks/struts (M-18000-ZX3B) http://tousleyfordparts.com/partloca...catalogid=5684
and the 1.5" drop springs, but the springs have been discontinued!!!!! you will have to get your own springs and match them up to the shocks.
I would go with the H&R drop springs.

be sure you get the 06-07 kit. And the box that it comes in actually says "06+" because they 06-11 focus suspension is the same aside from the diameter of the struts which was increased my 5mm lol

so your saying if i go to a local ford dealer i can pick up the FRPP kit??
