i have. its a cheap piece of junk that when you buy, the seller rips your off tremendously. i would avoid that at all costs. but if you have the spare cash laying around and burning a hole, go for it

Sounds like personal experience. If not, then how do u know?

I actually had excellent luck with a Chinese navigation system on my old explorer. It just depends on which one you get. There are different qualities. That's why I was curious about this system. It LOOKS excellence, but may be a piece of crap.

Just an update. The seller just updated then pictures at my request. There is an actual picture of the unit plugged in. It does have blue back lighting to match the car. I may just have to snag one up.

I have the Focus SE with the 4 speaker config (lowest system available).

A few questions.

1. I am interested in this chinese dashboard kit. It has "USB and SD" slots, but are there no auxiliary slots?

2. For the GPS in the unit, would I have to buy some sort of GPS antenna? Does it come with one? Anybody know?

3. I know the stock system's amp is very weak....this system says it includes 4x45W amp. Does that mean it pushes 45 watts to each speaker? How many more watts is this than the factory amp?

4. Would this be enough to make everything sound better? Or would I also need better speakers?

It does look good, and the bezel seems to be well made.

It doesn't state clearly what functionality you retain, and what you loose. For sure you loose the small stock display. So I guess you also loose the ability to set the car clock, and will only use the new car stereo clock?

Also, I've looked at the Zenec E-Go (ZE-NC3811D) this unit "speaks ford", so it will also chat with your AC. I can't see if this device does that? Its unclear to me if the device you have there, or the Zenec will talk to stock parking sensors.

I like the Zenec E-Go a lot, I wonder if that can go in that bezel, if only Zenec would update their Zenec with DAB Radio.

My car is a Titanium Wagon with parking sensors in the front and rear, and a few more options.

i dont know anything about the chinese brand dash kit. but IMO, it looks like a cheap piece of junk. but i would assume there is an aux slot on it somewhere

usually if you buy something with a gps already in it, it may have the antenna already with it. if not, then its not worth buying.

i dont know about the stock system seeing as i got the lowest thing you could because i knew i would one day update my sound system. and im sure something from the factory isnt of the highest quality.

ive always thought if youre going to do something, you might as well do it right. that said, just upgrade everything

well it was a little pricy but worth every penny to get a head unit in there that you will like for years to come
