Thank you for the offer Tom.
I didn't data log the car. I simply put my wideband in last night for testing purposes.
To keep this fair FSWERKS did offer to tweak my tune for free. He hasn't mentioned money at all.
Also if the knock sensor is turned off I really don't care. 29-30 full advance with 93 octane on this compression will be fine.
Again I appreciate Toms offer but I'm not set up to do data logging. If I did Randy already told me he would adjust for free. :beer:

Fair enough , I would still check the knock sensor , its a must on that engine to be working properly and datalogged , 10.2 on 93 is borderline and you should NEVER be seeing 30 deg timing at WOT on the SVT , 25-26 is a good # at WOT on the SVT upper rpm

I dont hear knock, got my AF between 13.6-13.2 at 29' and it feels great (for a Slocus) 10:1 on 93 with 30 degrees shouldn't be a problem at least not with other cars.
Tom have you seen these cars lose power and/or detonate over 26'?

Okay instead of making a thread I'll post in here.

I already have an SCT X3 that I used with my Mustang. Its unlocked and I haven't been able to find anyone to sell it to so I figure I'll just use it on the Focus.

Who would be the best to work with? I know most tuners don't like to tune on devices they did not sell, or if they do they charge more for some reason...

TOM'S tunes....... are outstanding, just finished round 2 on my larger turbo & intercooler . very friendly as always & had me up & running in no time and finished up in a week. my car feels FANTASTIC, i'm running less boost than my tiny old turbo and the car is waaaay faster now. Can't wait to hit the next race !!
I would recommend tom to anyone wanting an excellent Quality tune !!!
