Incentives

What incentives are available now on the 2012 Focus for leasing? I've seen a bunch of cash rebates all over the place but my local dealer is saying only $250 is good for leases.

That would be correct only $250 lease cash. When I leased my Fusion there was $500 and the money factor was .50. The Focus is .75 on a 24 mo. lease term and 61% residual which should yield a good payment.

isn't 39 months the strongest right now or 24 is? Any idea what the best lease price I could get is on a Titanium with Nav/Parking/Premium would be is $0 OOP?

You'd probably be looking $400/mo more than likely. It all depends on money factors and residuals, when I looked at the Fusion the 27 mo was better than the 36 or 39.

There are too many lease factors for me to nail down a payment though.
