Best part is, since it is on glass, it's easy to take a razor and cut off the tape! just make sure it will clear your wipers

Cool looking projects, very much liking the strips on the 2012. Look great, reminds me of the viper. It's paint job at least.

I did like 6 coats, i don't know what you mean by how long it is, it's the lenght of the windsheild and 4 or 5 inches wide
