The Fusion one certainly does have screw in adaptors.

To work around the special fitting, there is a replacement tube provided to replace the entire length of the hoses with the special fittings.

As for the broken part. It's not an issue at all. I love the intake on the car... and now my wife drives it and it's her favorite part of the car.

Sorry I misunderstood you , the reason we don't have screw in types for the 2012 focus kit is the special connections used by ford for EVAP and PCV connections, the connections on the Fusion are indeed screw-in NPT fittings but do not have special ends they are just standard fittings.

I would still encourage anyone who has an issue with their intake system or drop in filter to call us so we can assist you though.

Both of the air vents are still functional, they vent outside air into the heat shield and filter area.

Just curious, why did you dyno in 2nd gear? 4th is just about 1:1.
