oh stupid me... i think i got it.... the pic is if u want to cap it, the link is if u want to put a plug in it.... so the header thread is 7/8" and goes down to 5/8", which is where the cap would go

The plug I ended up using kept backing out. I ended up using a hose clamp to keep it from backing out. I also think the thread pitch is a little bit different. I believe a 5 / 8 X 11 will work much better than what I used. It's what mustangs use to block there EGR too.

I read some where else, that u can also use an oil pan drain bolt to plug the header hole... i believe its a M22x1.5mm bolt... let me find the link

The oil drain bolt is not big enough, unless it's off of a different car? But hey anything that will fit should work.
