As I stated before every single part of your exhaust affects the sound. Not just the muffler.

I vote magnaflow. Had it on my firebird and have it now on my SVT.

I have a trubendz 2.5 stainless with magnaflow muffler no resonator, stock header and cat.

Little to o drone cruising and decently loud WOT

Trying to get an ORP from Dominic to see if that helps the mostly stock one sound/Flow better. With a Jackson Racing SC the stock Cat seems restrictive. Hoping the Borla comes to life with the ORP.

The first thing I did when I got my svt was ask Tom what was the best things to change for performance. He said an aftermarket panel filter and an orp. He said the rest of the exhaust and intake is really good from the factory. I was going to put a stock cat from a 2000 s10 I used to have on it. They flow really good and it sounded alot better when I put it on the end of the exhaust to check it out. It quietened it waaaay down. I'm not sure if it would've fit though. It got stolen along with the cat and manicat from my old duratec before I had a chance to see.

Might buy a magnaflow (2.25) full cat back exhaust
But the oem is 2.5 is the small piping going to change anything on performance?
I think I heard that its not as good as stock when it comes to low end? Please help ASAP!!!
Thanks:)

Frpp's Borla is a great exhaust system. I've installed a center exit system on a svt yrs ago. And have one on my st. I've since installed a fwerk's header & added a stealth muffler which by the way is a magna-flow, & moved the borla behind the stealth & it fits too.

Thats their exhaust system using Borla's or Magna flows muffler's. Its not a true Borla kit or Magna flow kit. They just use the mufflers & weld them on.
