35W or 5W Setup? No big deal on the post. Not an expert, but just by what others have been telling me I think you need the narness. Not sure. Someone I am sure will chime in.

Yes. I had 6000k first and they were too blue still for me. I have 5k headlamps and 3k fogs and love it!

I have the 5k ddm 55w and i really like them; however, I just put in my Xentrec (ebay brand) hid 3k 35w fogs and honestly i think the halogens put out more light. you think i should try DDM?

Definitely! I had the xentec crap i bought from another member in my fogs and they now reside under my bed lol. I have 35w 3k ddm in my fogs and love them they are super bright! Along with my 55w 8k DDm tuning headlights. I love my setup
Keep in mind when you go 55w instead of 35w its like being 1-1.5k lower. so my 8K 55w are the color tone of 6.5-7k 35w but brighter.

What is the difference between 35W and 55W besides the extra wattage?

^^ Why is that?

Nothing its just the wattage. And the increase in wattage in why there is a color difference.
The 55w are going to be brighter because they are using more wattage than the 35w.
