I think it was unfair of the OP to post a negative thread about a small business that made one mistake,everyone including the OP has made a mistake in the past once or twice. Ive made mistakes many times. If FSWERKS gave you your money back as a full refund, this thread should have not been made.

But you also have your rights as an american citizen to express your opinions, its freedom of speech.

All im trying to say is forgive other peoples mistakes, as you make one from time to time.

This is a vendor review page, and we all may not agree with what he is saying, but he's using this page to its full extent. He has every right to post about his experience regardless of the money being refunded or not, that's the entire point of this section, his personal experience, not our own.

^^^this may be true but does one bad experience equal a bad business or bad business practices, I think that's the point everyone is trying to make. A change to the thread's title and verbiage within the OP's post might not have incited the flames as much.

The tiltle emcourages everyone to open the thread, they read the first page and realize this was an isolated incident, it's not going to lose business over this. Besides, changing the title or altering his opinion is oppresive censorship.

IMO is was a mistake. If they would have taken your money and not sent anything then this would be a different story. PEOPLE make mistakes, nobody is perfect... FSWERKS is probably the best company i have delt with. Ive purchased little things from them, plug wires, stickers etc. But the best thing about FSWERKS is their customer service. Some locals have a once a year canyon run and Dan from FSWERKS is there. Coolest guy and you can ask him as many questions as you want. He will take the time to explain anything you want. After meeting him 2 weeks ago at the meet, i will ALWAYS buy from FSWERKS. It could be worse, you could have bought some shit from an over seas company and they could have given you the finger. I know there is many people feel the same way i do, so dont let 1 little issue ruin your experience.... Sorry for the rant haha

Hahahah this is great, wait so they realized they were wrong, and went on a three way call to REFUND your money....what is the problem?
If a company did this for me I would be a customer FOR LIFE. Working in retail I can tell you mistakes happen and when you go out of your way to admit your mistake and fix it to make the customer happy, that is how you show someone your sorry and that you care. After doing all that and your still not happy well sir I think you are the problem and vendors should look out for your shenanigans.
