sct 3000 x3:what's the best drag launch rpm

hey, Im thinking of getting a tune for my SPI focus. there are a few things that confuse me though.I want to make it quicker(maybe even drop a second off my 1/4 time if possible) so i have some questions

1.) what is the the best desired drag launch rpm for the fastest 0-60 time.

2.) what's the best desired temp for cooling fan activation

3.) Is it good to have the alternator disabled at WOT

4.) what should i put as the desired rev limiter and idle rpm.

5.) should i raise the fuel pressure.

The programer is SCT 3000 x3. as far as upgrades I have a Magnaflow cat and catback exhuast. A spectre air intake cone filter. Brembo brakes and K-sport rally suspension. my tire/rim size remains the same. My car also has 113k miles on it. I also plan to put a mustang TB on it this summer when I go to buy the ecu upgrades.

Thanks

RPM depends on grip, or lack of.
I launch off idle and still have traction issues,,, really need better tires.

But per math, the higher the RPM you can launch at the better. The reason is distance traveled vs RPM. A higher RPM naturally moves the car further faster. To add to that the sooner you can get to the next gear the better, same deal with distance over time.

Do not disable the alternator @ WOT. Yes it frees a bit of HP, but there are things that are voltage dependent that can be affected when the voltage falls off.

Fuel pressure is just fine where it is.

Fan temp is pretty good stock also. You can drop it a little if you wish, but you won't see any power from it, only the fan running more.

Rev/Idle, that's totally up to you. But I don't see any reason the stock idle RPM needs to be changed. Rev limit, you might be able to go a bit higher but I wouldn't go too wild unless you dyno the car and see if there is a need for it. But remember that valvetrain parts may need to be uprated if the RPM is extended.

I like to lower the fans from the 232 low speed / 240 high speed to the 190`s and 205 this helps with spark knock and you will see some performance gains lowering the engine temps this much , both safety and performance
