Using a wide band in after cat bung help

I'm going to check my A/F but which bung can I use if i still have a cat? I'm only going to check it and not leave it in. Can i just use the bung after the cat or will that cause a problem?

Yea, the one after the cat is just to monitor the catalyst efficiency. Itll throww a cel, but you can just reset the ecu afterwards and clear it.

^^ exactly that..... just catalyst efficiency. You want it to read what the first sensor is reading. Depending on the wideband, you can just replace the first one and use the signal wire from your old 02 to be routed to one of the analog channels on the wideband.

edit: BUT that is a problem....... you're just checking it.

I think having the O2 sensor after the cat would mess up the readings since the cats job is to burn extra fuel. I'm not positive on that though.
