Ford Focus 2009

Hi all
New here so guess someone will let me know if I go wrong.
My trunk release will not work with remote or button, only can open with key.
Manual shows fuse for trunk also for power controls and they work ok.
Only things not working are in the trunk lid, trunk release and break light.
When remote or button is pushed I hear click (short pause) click from behind
dash.
There is'nt any wires going to trunk lid so I guess there has to be a wireless
receiver in there
Can someone please show me how this is setup and if possible how to
troubleshoot.Kind of a long rant so would really appreciate any help I can get.

Bob

Is your car still under warranty? 3 years 36 months. If so, take it to the dealer for a warranty repair. Will be free

Are they on a separate fuse? Of so I'd check that first.
Or pop it from
The inside manually and see if you reset the trigger
