How hard it is to swap a 2.3 head onto my 2.0?

CC's or pistons= compression ratio. 20 vs 23 head

Should be the same as changing out your 20 now. You'd gain bigger ports. I'm not sure of the cc's of the chamber compared to your 20 head. I don't know if they make up the higher comp. in the 20 w/ the head chamber or pistons. W?/ a 23 head you would need cams, at least stage 1's. I see Massive is doing some for you '08+ guy's being the '08's+ have vvt.

this is the first I've heard of vvt on 08s, no one else has mentioned it before.

No, the Focus doesn't have VVT. The Mazda version does though.

Well the '12 Foci do have the TiVCT, but not ours.

Sorry guy's I was thinking of vvt on the '08+ cars when I should have said the 08+ Foci's have a cam position senser. And I see Massive has cams for you guy's w/ '08+ cars.
