I love my f2 with 2.5 Trubendz. I drove with it on the stock exhaust for 6 months and got a lot of compliments on the sound. Now all the Honda guys just stand there with their mouths open when they here my car!

Its possible you have a heat shield in the back that came detached, or the new angle of the rest of your exhaust from the new header could be making it contact somewhere.

Oh, I wrapped mine to help with the heat in the engine bay also.

What flex back exhaust are you running? 1 or 2 mufflers or resenator perhaps?

the tip was rattle on something, i fixed it. the only heatsheild left on the car is the fabric one up front.

I have just a magnaflow muffler for now. For the sake of my neighbors and wife I am ordering the resonated front pipe to quiet it down just a bit. I have gotten very used to it, but my tolerance for drone and loud exhaust seems quite a bit higher than most. And honestly, I am getting too old to get pulled over for loud exhaust... At least in my daily driver...
