The front bumper is not truly flat. The middle is different than the rest. The front will be hard to do. I will be fabricating the rear diffuser out of aluminum. If I do anything with the front bumper it will be with aluminum as well.

That would be sweet... Just need a splitter and bigger wing to make everything nice and even. Are you able/will you be doing any tests before finalizing design?

Can I pre-order one power coated bright green ;)

mmm ... I'd be interested if you detect an improvement in mpg's. Obviously a cost : benefit ratio would come into play (plus it'd need to be wicked cool!).
