I already don't feel Ford has a chance this year. Latvala is still too green and as you said, needs to work on his consistency, and I just don't see Solberg winning the championship in his first year in the Fiesta and for a new team. You just have to be so good to beat Loeb and the Citroen team.

That said, I do see rally wins for Ford. When everything goes their way, the Ford drivers are very fast and can be hard to beat.

The 2013 Nascar Fusion and Charger. They actually don't look half bad.

RPM would probably go w/ Dodge but they don't built their own engines

Pretty much sums it yup. RPM would go w/ Dodge, but they don't built their own engines. Penski builts their own engines. Thats the econimy

I just looked at the WRC results from this weekend for the first time since Sunday, and man, was there ever a surprise in store. Mads Ostberg in his Fiesta got the win after Hirvonen and his Citroen was excluded from the result for failing tech inspection.

Good for Ford. Now it's time to really earn a win.

Apparently they knew they were pushing the envelope when they brought the car to the rally event.

Here's an interesting idea from Nascar: Penski using Ford cars with Roush/Yates engines and continuing to build Dodge engines for other teams. This is really what Dodge needs to stay alive in the sport.
