Truth be told I actually replaced mine with this:

I had to turn the inner shaft down a little on the lathe and drill for larger bolt. It is approx 2.5 in diameter so it is a little bigger, but it does not interfere with the other pulleys.

Just a thought...

Rod H, thanks for the insights! Could you pls elaborate further how you stuch in thos 2.5 in pulley. I know a lil bigger will touch the other pulley. What size belt did you use?

I have the extra idler pulley from the timing belt kit, I forget who, but someone on here told me to use it. No problems yet.
