Procharger at 12psi, injectors, tb, exhaust, clutch & flywheel, and a livewire tuner so you don't need the j&s safeguard. Maitenance-wise, do timing belt, tensioner, idlers, water pump, vct solenoid, and valve cover seal.
From what I've learned, you don't need to upgrade internals until you're pushing 350whp. And when you do (on an svt) start with pistons.

lol @ this thread. You named like 4 parts then asked everyone else do to the work for you.

To me, sounds like you need to educate yourself alittle more before you go blow your shit up and come back at the forums saying "but you told me this and that I didn't know I needed this too and my shit is all over the street now"

I know that there's more that I need I priced everything out that would need to be done to get it where I wanted and it was 6000 so yeah I know there's a lot more to it then just rods and pistons

There's 95000 with a spun main so it needs a compleat rebuild

then absolutely send the block out to be refinished and upgrade pistons and rods. the SVT's rods are already forged, but you might as well. A long with all ARP hardware
