Agreed, not sure how productive posting bugs for earlier versions will be. IMO it might make some folks dismiss the site because of it.

There's a version field. My idea was to compare the improvement in 3.0.2 vs 2.11. If I don't see the bugs reproduce in 3.0.2 in a few weeks, I'll close them as fixed. Ford claimed that v3 was a complete rewrite. I don't have enough evidence yet, but I'm slightly skeptical about that at this point.

I don't have any other major changes I expect to make at the moment. I'd like to add voting to the issues so we can collect data on how many people are experiencing the issue, but this is not nearly as easy as I had hoped it would be.

Also, fwiw, I've seen 12 visits from Ford, so someone is watching...
I posted it on syncmyride.com (hopefully the Mods allow it) and on fordsyncforum.com http://fordsyncforum.com/index.php?/...t-bug-tracker/

I know its probably asking for too much, but for voting, it would be a great help if the voter could describe their configuration. i.e. I have a 2012 Focus with Nav and a Motorola QA1 phone

Pil_
Here is feature request: Can we have the bug tracker use our screen names instead of our real ones?
Thanks

I think that is a great idea. Give them a way to reproduce the bugs in the event they are somehow related to specific devices or configurations.

I realized that its already there. Everyone who has the same issue can just "update" the bug as well as add details of their configuration http://bugs.outofmytouch.com/issues/35 It won't be an actual count but a good picture can be drawn of how prevalent the bug is and what we know about it.

We just have make sure it remains a bug tracker and doesn't turn into a forum. There enough forums already

I added 2 new bugs, one is a UI on the Nav screen, the other an issue with the Climate systems displaying as off when it isn't.

Thank you pil__ for creating this, it is going to be a HUGE tool in fixing these issues. Do other Ford Owner Communities know about this page, or is this just for Focus owners?
