2.0 Zetec Turbo Kit (90% complete)

Well I got rid of my 2002 Escort Zx2 for something a little more on the performance side of the car world, I would of really loved to get this turbo kit installed but It never happened.

This kit comes with about 90% of the things you would need to turbo your Escort or Focus with a 2.0L zetec.

Main Things Needed to be complete:
-Downpipe Welded up
-Charge Piping Figured out (Piping supplied but may not be enough or at right bends)
-Wastegate Dump Pipe

Turbo Kit - 1800 Shipped
1 - Xcal 2 (Unlocked)
1 - Serial Cable to data log wideband with SCT Xcal2 (Green is the signal, Brown is the Ground)
1 - OBX Log Style Manifold
1 - Turbo (T3 Borg Warner T04B) Used No Shaft Play
1 - Intercooler (2.5" in/out, brand new never used)
X - Bolts (Bolts for the turbo downpipe, intercooler etc...)
1 - Ebay Greddy Type S BOV (Mounted on 2.5" Tubing)
1 - 3" Dia MAF Housing (about 10" Long, Comes with a stock MAF 6wire out of a 2002 zx2)
1 - Tial Sport Wastegate (10 PSI Spring)
1 - 38mm Flange (for makeing dump tube from wastegate)
1 - Partial Downpipe w/ two o2 bungs
4 - 42# Injectors
~4 - Vacuum Line (Various Sizes about 6' worth)
1 - 3' Oil Feed Line (-4AN)
1 - 1/8"NPT to -4AN 90* Fitting (to tap the head for oil)
1 - Mafia (Used To enable you to run a blowthru MAF)
2 - 45* -10AN Stainless Steel Ends (are currently on a line but are reusable)
1 - 1.5' of extra -10AN SS Line
1 - Stock Oil Pan W/ -10AN Male Fitting Welded onto it (needs to be re-welded)
2 - Slim Fans (10" 1250CFM)
X - Charge Piping 2.5" Dia (Random Bends and Straights)
6 - Straight 2.5" Couplers
1 - 2.5" 90* Coupler
1 - 2.5" 45* Coupler
1 - 2" to 2.5" 90* Reducer Coupler
1 - 2.5" to 2.75" 90* Reducer Coupler (for TB to charge piping)
1 - 2' long 3" dia pipe (turbo intake)
2 - 2.5" to 3" Straight Reducer
