black out grill and emblem

i picked up a foot of black vinyl for free from my local sign shop.

I am going to try to install over the emblems, see how it looks.

If I can't see Ford too well, I may try to cut around the "ford" so the chrome will pop against that black oval instead of a blue oval.

I don't know what you guys would do without paying someone else to do the grunt work.

It is great what the OP is offering and I'm sure you guys will love his kits and free replacements that he is throwing in if you screw up.

While I do have money, it is always more gratifying in accomplishing things on my own.

its going to be harder than you think to cut it out without a vinyl plotter.trust me.

Is this kit that he is sending out cut to exact dimensions or what?

I thought they were rough lengths and widths and when you apply it, you'd have to cut it with a razor blade?

Why would I retract what I said earlier? It's true, not to mention you quoted it in your post which I'm sure you won't edit anyways.

I think it's great that the OP is offering these on the cheap and replacements for free but I gotta try it for myself first.

Just got my decals in the mail today; have a look at the product up close and personal. Looks like the "Plotter" is a pair of childs sissors.
The FORD is more the issue.
Oh well, you get what you pay for.
